• Only 25 minutes walk from the Port du Niel and the Port de la Madrague with its convenience store and restaurants.

• 30 minutes walk from the picturesque village of Giens, with its charming streets and local charm.

• A 10-minute drive away, you will reach the beaches of the Salt Route, world-renowned for kitesurfing, windsurfing and other water sports, as well as the Badine - Bergerie beach, which is more suitable for swimming.
